Bluehost and designing website?

We recently signed up with bluehost and received a domain to host a website, how do we design our website?

   Hire a Web site designer. If you cannot afford one, look into free editing programs or use Dreamweaver. You can also hard code your site if you know how.

   One way is to read a tutorial for using Dreamweaver, which is a web editor that you can use to design your site:
