Is my domain that I purchased with JustHost.com really mine?

I’m new to the website thing and purchasing domains. This past early fall I purchased my domain using JustHost.com’s offer of a FREE DOMAIN FOR LIFE along with free hosting of unlimited domains, etc. I’m just wondering if I ever decide to switch hosts if my domain name will follow me?
