admin Bluehost or Justhost.com ? I am looking for reliable servers which have no volume limits such as ( Mysql db query limits, DB connection limits, Number of concurrent users etc )

That depends on what you want, I did a comparison of various hosting companies I used in the source link for your reference.
Of these two Bluehost is better. You can even choose Hostmonster since it’s basically the same host as Bluehost, owned by the same company, just a newer brand, and they have a discount right now.
