which is the optimum host for my website?

Hi im looking for the best host for a painting gallery WITH free domain for lifr plus an easy website builder with website tools like blog hopefully flash inbuilt apps etc … . Don’t recommend hostmonster OR 1&1 plz

Thank s for your time

p.s.- It should be cheap and should offer a domain or two for free with the plan
